Please note that we do not offer support to unregistered versions of the Video Converter.

If you have problems with using conversion on an unregistered version, have a look at the Conversion User Guide. If this does not solve the issue, you can send us a message from the support page.

If you purchased a video conversion license, you must have received a mail from sales at downloadhelper dot net containing the registration code. If you did not receive this mail, your mail system must use an agressive spam filter that removed our mail. Please, fix your spam filter and re-enter the exact mail address you gave on PayPal. The mail will be sent again.
